Job Title: Audit Manager, FirmDecisions North America

Position Reports to: Audit Director, FirmDecisions North America

What is the purpose of the role?

The individual will have responsibility for conducting audits across a wide range of countries and clients. Working closely with senior audit leads and client-facing consultants, the Audit Manager (AM) will act as a trusted operator within the North American audit team. The AM will be responsible for the coordination, analysis, and delivery of specific audit components, as briefed by the Audit Lead. Working closely with audit directors and other client-facing staff, the audit manager will act as a trusted operator within the US audit team.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with both client-facing personnel and agency finance teams to ensure that audits run smoothly and efficiently
Analyze and reconcile agency and client billing lists and resolve any discrepancies or issues
Prepare billing and payment samples for auditing
Examine billing samples, aged reports and delinquent accounts and request appropriate actions as needed
Draft and submit the requested report sections as per the lead auditors’ instructions
Make final adjustments and provide recommendations for corrective measures as necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or industry-recognized accountancy accreditation such as CIMA, ACCA, AAT
In-depth knowledge of GAAP guidelines or knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
5 year’s minimum work experience, preferably in a marketing agency finance department, in an agency biller, analyst role, or similar
Preferably at least 1-year auditing experience
Excellent communication and writing skills
English & Spanish language fluency. Please, send your CV in English.

Strong analytical skills with a passion for data, process, and precision
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work independently and is a self-starter, balancing multiple projects at the same time
