FAQs

How do you recruit at Ebiquity?

At Ebiquity, we are dedicated to skills-based hiring. Our selection process is fair and systematic, with all applicants being evaluated based on specific criteria related to their abilities and suitability for the job. If you progress to the interview stage, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you.

How long does it take for an application to be reviewed?

The review time for applications varies depending on the role and the volume of applications we receive. While our Talent Acquisition team strives to review applications promptly, the process may take some time due to the high volume of applications for most positions. If you meet the qualifications for the role, a recruiter will contact you. Otherwise, you will receive an email notification informing you that you are no longer under consideration.

How is my application being screened?

Our recruiters screen applications to identify candidates who best meet the role's criteria. To improve your chances, ensure your application highlights your relevant skills and expertise in relation to the position. If you are shortlisted, one of our team members will reach out to arrange a call to learn more about you.

How many interviews will there be?

We typically conduct two to three interview stages, depending on the role's seniority. During the initial screening, your recruiter will provide an overview of the entire interview process.

Will there be a technical test/presentation?

Depending on the role, you may be required to complete a technical assessment or give a presentation. As a technology-focused consultancy, assessing your skill level is crucial to our hiring process.

What if I need reasonable adjustments during the interview process?

We are committed to an inclusive hiring process and will accommodate any reasonable adjustments you need. Please inform your recruiter if you require any adjustments.

What if I'm interested in working here but don't see a relevant opening?
